What is the refund/withdrawal/transfer policy for Training Programs?Refund for Withdrawal Due to Non-Delivery of Course The student will be informed in writing of alternative study arrangements (if any). If the student decides to withdraw, the student is entitled to a refund of the full paid course fee. Refund for Withdrawal with Notification 7 Days Prior to Course Date The student is entitled to a refund of 100% of the paid course fee if the student sends a written notice of withdrawal at least 1 week before the actual Course start. Refund for Withdrawal in Less Than 7 Days Upon receipt of written notice of withdrawal, refund to the student is based on the following: i. More than 7 days before the course commencement, a 100% refund of the paid course fee. ii. Within 7 days before the course commencement, a 25% refund of the paid course fee. iii. After the course commencement, no refund. Transfer Students who wish to transfer to another course within the studio will have to submit a written request. Students will be notified of the transfer outcome by seven (7) working days. For an approved transfer, the student will be deemed to have withdrawn from the initial course. The initial course sign up will be terminated and the student will have to reapply for the new course.

What is the refund/exchange policy on merchandise?Refund Unless specified otherwise on a case-by-case basis, there is a no-return policy for our orders. If you are facing any issues with your order, contact us @ Exchange Changed your mind? Let us know within 24 hours of your order and receive a gift card of the equivalent value of your order in SGD that you can spend on other books. We regret that no exchange will be possible after the 24 hours period from your time of order.

What is the minimum class attendance? What happens if I do not meet the minimum attendance?Local students with SSG funding must have a 100% attendance in both the classroom.

What is the delivery mode?1. Self Collection Collection Hours : Mondays – Sundays (including PH) 1030 hrs – 1700 hrs Collection Location :130 Owen Road, Singapore 218394 Once order status has been set to “Complete”, orders will generally take x working days to be prepared. 2. Delivery Method Courier delivery only within mainland Singapore (Sentosa Island will incur additional surcharge). Orders will be generally delivered to customers within x working days from date of order and subject to availability of stock. Additional delivery charge will be applied in the event when nobody is to receive the items or due to last minute changes in delivery timing or address. Customer is to furnish the correct address, recipient’s name and contact number for the purpose of delivery. 3. Delivery Charges Customer will have to bear delivery charges as according to the delivery company’s rates (subjected to changes from time to time). Mainland Singapore delivery charge will be $5 per location/address. Sentosa Island delivery charge will be $10 per location/address.
